Should she be fired ????

So my mom has this friend , who lives in a house across the street from mom's facility it is owned by the same man who runs mom's facility he rents homes as well so In. With her rent 2 meals Is included she Pays extra for that .. So she comes over daily to eat lunch and supper there or they will take it to her .mom's friend is 73. And mom says simetimes she gets a little LouD when she talks she can't help it and she repeats herself when she talks So there is this worker there that don't like her at all she has told everyone there that she can't stand her When mom's friend comes over she always says hi to the worker only to be ignored .. The worker will serve the Lady Last every time daily and give her less food and throw her plate down on the table shove it at her . Mom has been telling me about this for awhile I guess ever since the lady moved in . And she's been there about 4 months or longer.. So yesterday at supper they had bologna sandwichs for supper and Before they ate mom said she wanted mustard on hers so she put some on and then her friend said I think I'll take some mustard on mine too .so she took off her top bread and her whole sandwich was molded all but the center spot mom said it was green all over and there no way the worker couldn't have not known So she got another worker to bring her another one and stuck that one in her pocket to show the manager today cause that worker is off today. So shes scared now and wants the worker to be fired afraid she's trying to kill her .at 73 she shouldn't be worried about that . This is redicilous and uncalled for do you think the worker should be fired???? THe problem is the worker thinks he won't ever fire her because she lives down the street in another one if his houses and she walks to work she's so close and her husband is the maintenance man for the property And they work more then anyone they will come in and work anytime and in the winter when people can't get to work they will both pull doubles and help out ..they are very dependable and good workers minus this incident .. So I don't know what will happen will have to see what the manager says after he sees the molded bologna sandwich for himself Maybe if he don't fire her he will put a stop to all the nonesense ..for good and ask her to treat her like a human being and this will never happen again .. but I truly think she should be fired that is elderly abuse . The whole thing is and if it were my mom my family would be so mad they do more then fire her.. so I'll keep you updated on the out come as I'm curious myself as to what will happen next .thanks for reading Have a great morning ..
