Workplace ethics

A group of senior employees tend to overuse there authority to shame new workers who may be able to fulfill the job better than their seniors ones', this leads the majority (old group) to try to over control the new workers and make them work harder which could lead to kill the creativity and energy the newly employed possess. Forcing their own way to prove to the manager that they are still better than the newly employed. It can be in almost any job; a nurse, coffeehouse, supermarket, stock market. How do you feel about it? What do you think the real reason for this behavior? How should the new workers/employees act in this situation? What’s your own experience?

Welcome to myLot and I hope you enjoy it here The workplace is a minefield of complex relationships. Luckily, I always worked for good bosses and didn't have any hassles.

If the new ones work hard and outshine the old group, the boss should notice.

Work culture in every office has viciated by some arrogant seniors. This is because the companies mostly believe in saving their funds.
