Health Report for Yesterday, November 4

Yesterday was a good day as I got a lot of exercise walking through two stores. Food-wise was very good. Weight - 185.4 Calories - 1061 Breakfast - Eggs w/cheese, Turkey Bacon, Banana - 500 Lunch - Deli Turkey, Cheese - 457 Snack - Grapes - 104 I'm starting to come down. From what the therapist said this morning, I should come down even more now that I'm starting with therapy for the lymphedema. We'll see how it goes. How are you doing with food and exercise? Therapy almost didn't happen this morning because of the blood clot, but when she looked closer to the notes, it went well. Have a blessed day too.

If you have a therapy for lymphedema your weight will decrease as you are going to lose liquids.

I'm looking forward to that. I think that's why I haven't been able to get lower than I am right now. The rest is in my legs. Looks like it too.

@just4him Liquids are heavy. Try to step on your scale first thing in the morning and after you had coffee and a few glasses of water, it makes an enormous difference.

I started to do 45 minutes exercise. It seems I gain weight for I keep on facing the computer and only stand up during meal time. It's not effective to do only 10 minutes nonestop dancing exercise.

@just4him Better adjust the meat consumption like turkey and egg. They make body heavy. Better all vegetables and fish only or at weekly interval eating of meat.

I need to get up and exercise too. I plan on it soon. The hallway is long and four round trips take half an hour. It's good exercise.

I went down another half pound. Had some candy in the early morning, a piece at night, and then hamburger helper for dinner.

Hey, your weight is really going down! Three pounds in three days, awesome! I'm doing pretty good, with food intake. Exercise? I need more starting this week.

With what the therapist said this morning, it's all water weight on my legs and as we work on those, it should come off.

@just4him With your circulation blocked by a clot, the fluid can't leave the legs.

My food has been better for about a week. I do not religiously track it, but do monitor my blood sugar and it is improving. You do so well and are so disciplined.
