@manikarnika I prefer to go to places in person and not shop online because I like to see what I am buying. I go to the grocery store instead of buying online because the one time I bought online they did not have all lI wanted so when I go in person I can see what they do have.

Yes, we are now facilitated by technology, by sleeping at home, just ordering by phone, the goods will come automatically. But it will be different if we shop in person, it will allow us to experience life that is not only glued to the phone.

Definitely, Shopping directly is good experience but for working people they somewhat find it so easy to buy online whatever may be Groceries or Cloth...

I have always despised shopping so being able to do it online is much more preferable for me. There are certain things I prefer to choose myself such as fruit or clothing. I've done in-store Christmas shopping this year - the first time in what must be about 6 years. It wasn't too bad as the shops weren't crowded and I got some good deals. Most of the time, I still prefer shopping online. It's much more convenient, especially as I don't have a car and we don't have many good shops in my town.

@Vree0937 The problem is the shipping cost and the price is also more expensive compared to the mobile vegetable seller and it was not fresh anymore if we buy it online.

@May2k8 Buy from nearest vendor, so shipping cost is not much. They even give voucher for shipping cost

Are you talking about same-day delivery for groceries? I can't imagine buying groceries online and waiting two weeks for them. I will order them online with a same-day delivery option from a local store. Mostly, I like shopping in-store for groceries.

@manikarnika They started same-day delivery at the start of the pandemic. It took a while before all the stores had either same-day delivery, same-day pick-up. It's a good option when you can't get to the store.

I always buy food offine. I choose the potatoes, onions, cauliflowers. There is fun doing the marketing. Online has no choices. Whatever amazon or delybazar gives you have to accept it

There are many things that I buy regularly at the supermarket which are tinned and prepackaged, I would love to buy these online and have them delivered but I live out in the campo (Spanish for countryside) and they wont deliver out here. Saying that I prefer to get my fresh produce from the local farms and farmers markets, much better than supermarket rubbish that is imported and is as old as the hills.

When it comes to food we always buy and get it on a popular grocery store or a traditional market that is very near our house. Except for food we do most of our shopping now online.

I never bought grocery by online. Isn't it better if we can see the product by person? But I think buying it from online helps to save our time and that was a good idea tho
