Speaking of magic, here’s another song with “magic” in the title, a countdown I began thanks to all these people who “magically” appear for one comment, then leave.

Yes, this is a cover. I would have used the Drifters’ version, except for the fact that Jay Black, the leader of Jay & the Americans, passed away last month. (You’ll see him on the obits list when I get it posted.) 
This was not their highest-charting single (that went to 1964’s “Come a Little Bit Closer”), but this seems to be the one song everybody thinks of when they think of Jay & the Americans.

Cannot catch up with all your magic, This one I know and love and as soon as I saw this the words came to mind this magic moment was so different and so new like any other until I kissed you Jsut divine ,
