I have come across various definitions from people on their idea of perfection in their relationships, but most tend to forget "trust" , "understanding", " patience". We are humans. No one can be 100% perfect, we have our flaws and setbacks, but how we deal with them and how we relate is what matters. Without the said qualities in us, our relationships tends to fail. What's your say on perfection in Relationships?

Oh goodness! Nope! I definitely know mine and my husband is far for perfect. I like to say we both had different examples of marriage and relationship growing up with. My parents where far for perfect they fought but what they taught me was even when mad at each other they worked things out found ways. My husband got the other side all the bad stuff like dad cheating on his mom. Fighting with out resolving the problems.

@Joshael I has nothing to do with patience a small part but many things go into a working relationship and it’ll never be perfect perfect is a thing they can’t be reached and just cause stress and anxiety to reach someone’s opinion of what perfect is

Relationships need constant nurturing. As you mention patience is an important factor, something that can be very challenging at times. Another word I would add to your list is communication. Being on the same page with sharing ideas, information, views, facts, feelings, etc. is so important to a successful relationship.

True, but it is uncommon in some to share ideas or views. Some may interpret it wrongly, thinking their spouse is looking down on them and then not seeing the clearer picture involved.

@Joshael Yes, misunderstanding one's intentions would create a problem in a relationship

In my opinion there is no relationship if there is no trust, it is absolutely the base foundation of any relationship, including friends and family and betrayal is the absolute worst thing one can suffer.

I have not come across any perfect relationship, slips and errors are common in all.

Honestly I cannot see any perfect relationships. There will always be something to differ.

When there's cheating involved, it means love never existed or its fading and true as you said, it can't be tolerated.

There is no such thing as perfect relationships. We should learn to accept others differences

Relationship is more about understanding and patience as you said but most of them lack it and go for divorce or break up easily. A good communication should be there .

On the divorce and breaking up part, some see it as a quick get away option from their relationships and that's why they don't communicate but rather, they terminate.

This is true. These qualities are a two way thing though..communication is vital too. If it's only one-sided, things won't work out in the long run.
