Changes on my body eversince I got vaccinated

Covid is a pulmonary disease so the vaccine seemed benefited my pulmonary problems. My colds and cough are gone 24 hours after I got the shot. MY arm swell on the first week but it is coming back to normal. Nothing bad happened to me. AFter my second shot. I was given an ID so I can enter certain buildings that bans unvaccinated people. I didn't get any allergic reaction. Aside from the protection from the virus, I feel like my lungs feels better. I also have the confidence to come outside. I know the vaccine is not enough to protect me but there is still protection and the percentage of vaccinated people who got infected is small. I got Pfizer because I don't trust Sinovac and Astrazeneca. I might get booster shot months from now. The Vaccine made me feel like a super ugly person who got an amazing plastic surgery. It boosted my confidence to get outside and socialize with my friends.
