So at some point, we all have had to make some choices and decisions, all for a reason, met some people along the way and sometimes ending up to regret some of those choices we made and people that we might have met.
But the fact here is that we all should learn to accept and embrace those choices made. That is life's lesson for us. We learn to be better in our future decisions.

I move at a snail pace so I rarely regret anything in life. I try to do things sincerely and with passion so regret will not sit for long anyway. It is good to take the good out of the bad.

Yes, in a single life we will be meeting a lot of people who may stay with us or leave us for ever, but life has to go on.

Welcome to myLot! Hope you will like it here. As for me regrets are the choices we fail to do. Often times regrets happens when we see its positive outcome to some. I consider it my learning point in all aspects.

A regret is just regretting not taking an alternative choice back then.
Each choice made can be the best at that time of choice, if you see it that way, and seeing the choice that way as the best you were capable of making back then, as you were then, syphons of the feelings of regret, and allows you to be put in a better place to better make choices next time, as you grow from past choices, then, rather than just staying stuck in the regretting of them.
So, I agree with you, we can then learn to make better choices in the future.
