The escalivada was perfect and I had found a green hot pepper which I had added too. At the end, I placed some small buns to warm with the veggies and I dipped olive oil on them
Now I will take a nap. I don´t want to see the living room with mops and dusters. I will take a Naproxen before my nap as my back is hurting.
I don´t understand economy. Where are the people that need work here? I need a maid for a day. And could even find her a job for the rest of the week.
See you after my nap

It's the same here. There are "Help Wanted" signs everywhere; and businesses are running on short staff. Restaurants are not filled to capacity because they don't have enough servers. Unbelievable.

Where are the people who claim that they don´t have jobs? Do all want to be paid as CEOs?

@marguicha I don't get it. Unemployment applications are at a pandemic low which probably means that most have run out of unemployment benefits...but there are still hundreds of jobs out there waiting to be filled!!! I don't get it.
