The headlines on of the news media reads: Biden signs legislation to tighten US restrictions on Huawei, ZTE The lawmakers in the US is still saying that these 2 mainland China telecommunications devices and infrastructure equipment companies are still being a threat to their national security. Here in China, we are shouting for proof and a fair day in the international courts. The lawmakers just makes all these false accusations and fabricate all wrong doings to end these 2 companies for what? I feel this is simply unfair. Is the intelligence agency so incapable with their countermeasures against national security threat? Are they not the elite in counter intelligence? Reference:

I will only say that China is a country that has disregarded international law for centuries. It deserves no day in court for anything other than to be on the defendant side to rightfully be prosecuted for some of it.

Can I know which international law has China disregarded? What is that China has been guilty of?

@artemeis There are too many to list actually. Intellectual property is routinely stolen in China, China uses political motivations to prosecute and control its citizenry, State sponsored murder of citizens who politically oppose the government and its policies, not allowing citizens to practice religion freely (China only allows five religions), opposing women's rights at home in the workplace and banning women from the right to protest or fight for their rights, using reducation through labor policy to arrest citizens without trial and keep them imprisoned for life even if they have committed no crime...and the list goes on and on and on.

@porwest About IPR I believe that has been a long time problem and has been in my opinion wrong. It affects business but is it career ending loss of jobs or life threatening loss of life? Did you know there is a famous noodle restaurant chain where the founders were actually gunsmiths and the government actually stepped in to give up their trade to make noodles? Is it not every country’s worry about diverse religious groups? Radicals? How these factions hid behind the curtains of religion and brainwash ignorants to terrorism? Your camp may call brainwash but I am sure in other parts of the world or you may call brainwashed Chinese - I will call it education and my family is educated in proper schools and universities not concentration camps. What is wrong with having a peace and safe environment, streets and homes? What’s wrong with having no demonstrations or strikes which affects the livelihood of those not involved or not wanting to be involved and affects the economy?
