Nachos for Dinner

Football Saturday always calls for a quick meal. My team won earlier. But more games to watch. Nachos for dinner. I made these quick in the oven with tortillas, cheddar cheese, a few black beans, and salsa. Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes. Then add lots of guacamole on top and you are done. I also added a spoonful of sour cream on top. Good eating. Forgot to take a photo before these were gone. Not my photo.

I may get Mexican food later in the evening. I do not follow college football, as I played baseball at a Division III school and don't care much about college sports.

@CarolDM I am slowly losing my interest in sports. My softball trophies are...just something to occupy the top of my bookshelf. I guess I'm getting old. But I'd be a different person if I did not have them.

Your picture made me really hungry. Especially the guac on the top. I could eat those nachos almost everyday. I think I'll be ordering from the mexican place down the road for supper tonight.

@CarolDM I actually went to Taco Bell after my Dr. appointment and got a nachos bell grande with guac. They were no way near how good yours looked.
