The Paratha at College Canteen is Unique

This morning I had my breakfast in the college canteen where our daughter takes her meals. We had paratha with potato and cauliflower curry.
I don't know the recipe but I love this Paratha. It is certainly wheat flour kneaded with some yoghurt and oil. It is tawa fried in one spoon of vegetable oil. It swells and is soft.
Can I call it lachha Paratha? But it tastes different from lachha paratha and it swells well and is soft to bite. it's smell is different from poorie, which is deep fried. I tried getting an image but failed.
The image is similar but it is not the Paratha I mean .

Parathas with Curd - is complete meal for me

My wife makes them occasionally for breakfast, they taste good but are heavy at times.
