Trails of budding green grass Tickle my feet as eyes careen the view, Though life's problems well acquaint me Swaying trees rebirth me a new. Where desert sand kissed tamed waters Was where black tears scratched dry eyes, Washed away pain in its cold refreshing grasp Forever killing the trauma I left to die. Alone I tread to places deep Hidden away sleeps treasures of peace, When nothing disturbs the mental parallax All memories good are never to cease.
