Favourite Vegetarian Meals / myLot

Ive been watching some YT videos on preparing Philippine and other countries vegetarian foods, they all look delicious, one of my favourites is a mashed cauli and egg base with a vegetable topping baked in the oven, is anyone here from the Philippines or know of any great vegetarian dishes from that region?

The best YT vid I found on this dish is uploaded by PRATIK YEMEK TARIFLER and is titled THIS IS Cauliflower, WHY DID I NOT KNOW THE RECIPE BEFORE? BETTER THAN MEAT! No frying. The name of the dish is KARNABAHAR TARIFI Good luck, you will love it is absolutely delicious!!
