I feel soooo much better today. Got my usual four hours of sleep and was up at midnight. I did quite a bit, stuff I can do that's relatively quiet and wont wake the pets or family.
Now Im just doing my online stuff until it's time to wake people up and start chicken in the crock pot. I am going to copy my sister's recipe for teryaki chicken, which was delicious when she made it for my other sisters party. Eight hours on low, with a few hours to let it cool and time to prepare it.
I finally feel motivated to work on my goals, but I have a lot of other stuff I need to do that I neglected when I was sick, then depressed. I quit taking my pills,and I'm never taking them again. just a day without them and I feel like a new person. i will call my doc and let her know. she will try to put me on lithium but I will say no. done with all that crap.
its pretty chilly out and I have a fire going. time for me to relax a little before I do some more work.
