Suspicious (Fuzzy) Minds

They know that something is up. They see me packing things. It's only a few pieces, very slowly. But I know that they know that there is something about to disturb the fuzziness.
I am trying to be very cautious in how I do things. There is still a bit of time, so I don't want for the cats to be too focused on what I'm up to. However, the girl has moved several times; she knows what the early prep stages look like.
The boy, possibly, is thinking short trip. The girl, however, knows that a short trip would mean faster packing. The bags would be packed by now, and they'd be getting stuffed into their carriers. So, she watches and waits...

Do they then demand treats for the packing-induced trauma?

@wilsongoddard No. They just get anxious and start running around kind of crazy- kind of sad that they do that when I brush my hair!! OMG Mom is brushing her hair: where is she going???

The girl might walk into her bag for me once I scoop her up and point her in that direction. Once she is caught, she is fairly quick to admit defeat on the matter.
The boy, though... I will have to burrito that beast to get him into the bag.

@rebelann Last time that I had to put him into the carrier, I ended up grabbing a towel in the hotel bathroom and wrapping him up. I don't know how well a pillow case would fare, since he can dig like a dog when he wants to.

The girl is harder to fool, because she has long experience with me. I think, though, that she's good with moving. There is too much noise here in the city for her taste, for one.
