Christmas is fast approaching

Christmas is fast approaching and I am now preparing & calculating for the stuffs needed cause I will be accepting pre orders pastry goods for Christmas.. Better be advance cause I don't want to mess with the crowd when the holiday rush came.. Here's a peek of my previous Christmas Cupcake order last year.. What's your plan for the holidays? Do you perhaps sell also stuffs for Christmas?

That is an exciting activity for Christmas. You are very enterprising. I am not artistic nor creative. My Christmas cards idea flopped. So, I'd be packing small bags with goodies for the people I meet time and again such as the security guards, the garbage collectors, the parking space barkers, or simply the ordinary children who stand on corners and wait for blessings. I'd probably put a kilo of rice, coffee sachets, two canned goods and a hundred peso bill. That is all I can afford,

how much you spent don't count, Its the thought that count.. hoping you will be blessed because of your act.. I was thinking of giving also cupcakes after Christmas holy mass but I don't think I can do it alone

@Hanbinandaeyo Yes, the cost does not count at all. The shepherds brought Joseph livestock, I believe, and hastened their wives to prepare a meal for Holy Family. It's what they can give the Holy Child born in a manger. But the three wise men brought gold, frankincense and myrrh. Gifts fit for a King. Sometimes, I scold my self for not giving more because our Lord said 'whatsoever you do to the least of My brothers, that you do unto Me.' I should be giving goods worth like gold. Just give the rest of your cupcakes to the parish priest. He would know to whom to share your blessing.

I wouldn't want to mess with people right before a major holiday, either. People can get mean if things don't go the way they expect them to... You're decorations look nice! And I'm sure they taste just as nice as they look!

@Hanbinandaeyo "patience"... Did I know that? For anything besides your son? Yes, visual appeal is only half of delicious food.

@DaddyEvil ha ha.. iI'm sure you do.. ha ha.. raising my little one takes a lot of patience.. Indeed.. One thing happened to me like, I was drooling with the looks of the food but when I ate it, it upsets me how bad it taste

These are so pretty, I love the colors. Unfortunately we don't celebrate Christmas in Morocco, but we get a little bit of the vibes, the boutiques and malls do the decorations and everything. Tho we do celebrate the new year, so that's what I'm looking forward to.

I love the Christmas tree, poinsettia and the wreath designs. Maybe you can add a star or parol (lantern) design?

@Hanbinandaeyo It can be just a simple star in the middle with a circle around it, like that wreath. Each point looks like a big leaf or petal just like in the poinsettia. You can make the points one color, then a different color in the middle, then encircle the star with another color. I mean the star is one of the symbols of Christmas, and it's represented in our country by the parol.

The cupcakes look really good. We will most probably be at home for Christmas. It will be like any other day. Covid cases are on the rise here and so we are restricting our movements. I still have to purchase some gifts for closed family members and friends. I'm still considering what to gift them. I've been avoiding the stores. Maybe I will order something online
