Since I moved to this small village, more than a year ago, I got a lot of free time, so I started adopting some healthy habits like working out 10 minutes a day, studying japanese 30 minutes a day, practice piano 30 minutes in order not to forget what I already learned.. and now that a yeah has passed, I'm so grateful for starting those habits, I'm surprised with the progress !!
So I decided to adopt even more habits like drawing in the weekend and reading 25 pages a day ..
It just works !!
Do you have any similar habits ?

Almost same as you are, I too have developed a habit. And that is doing a daily 10-minute exercise. The moment I wake up and after doing my morning prayer, I always see to it that I will do my 10-minute workout exercise. That is to enhance my strength.

Adding some form of exercise as part of one's routine is a great way to maintain health not only physically but mentally as well. I find having an exercise routine is a great way to destress.

I have been trying to walk 10 minutes every day and even do running on the spot in my bedroom if the weather is bad.

@sprite1950 yeah too, I'm actually underweight. But that doesn't mean I don't need to exercise ..

Walking, reading, music, crossword puzzels and meditation are habits I've picked up to remain healthy and alert. It adds quality to my life. Doing both mental with physical activities provides a balance and enjoyment to my life.

@Babino I'm quite busy right now, and I'm hoping to find some time to rest and have an exercise in the near future.

Wow, that's awesome. I've been trying to get some plants for decoration on my end. That'll be some fun time-filling.

I used to work out our in a gym, play the piano, do walking, but now my free time is spent on the internet and attending to household tasks. I have work Monday to Friday and my free time now is spent online.
