Mission #1: Finally, my kids have completed the two-dose of covid vaccine yesterday. And it is good that it did not give them any side effects other than the pain on the injection site.
Mission #2: The whole family eats out after almost 2 years of being at home, the kids have more breathing space.
Mission #3: Hair cuts for the kids. Their haircut is usually done in a nearby salon/barbershop at the entrance of our village. But even then, we do not go there often since it is quite small and most of the time there are lots of people there.
Mission #4: Shopping and Grocery. Since the kids stayed just at home for almost two years, my son grew a lot in height and weight. We have to buy him new shoes since the old one does not fit anymore. And we bought some other things and then hit the grocery.
It is tiring but we accomplished a lot.
How are you all doing today?

That's great that they have completed their vaccination and that your family and you have some fresh air outside. Nice accomplishment there. I am doing great and just trying to get some fresh air too.

You'd be welcome to come help us clean if you want. I'd even tempt you with smoked turkey, ham and pecan pie...

It's a long weekend here and I tired from eating all the foods Pretty and I cooked yesterday.
Please remember, just because everyone has gotten their shots, that doesn't make them immune to catching Covid. It means that if someone does catch it, they won't be as likely to die from Covid. You all still need to wear masks when out in public and wash your hands often. (I know you know all this but I don't want anything to happen to you or your family.)

@rakski I was sure you were being careful...
My doctor recently diagnosed me as having asthma. She believes it was caused from all the allergic reactions I have.

Yes, we still wear masks. And I do not plan to go out always. It just so happens that we are out already and it is a weekday, there were fewer people at the mall. I still do not want us to expose ourselves that much. I am still sacred of getting the virus as we all have asthma.
