How was your day?

Kampala, Uganda
December 1, 2021 1:28pm CST
Its late evening here, and I have just had fried Irish for dinner. I'm quite tired and need to rest soon. The weather was cloudy in the morning but thanks to God; it didn't rain. Later it was sunny and now its windy and humid. There were many patients, so I overworked again. The mortality rate at the hospital has increased due to the few number of doctors and nurses present BA's many are still striking. Today we lost 24 patients which is very high, since we have been losing not more than two per day. Most of these were covid patients, who are in critical conditions; and I'm sure more are dying. The situation is worse but the government isn't taking care. Hope you had a nice day there?

Some of the hospitals in the various states are overwhelmed. I live in Texas and I am thankful that our COVID rates are decreasing. I pray God give you the strength to carry on but also that this virus will go away!

When it comes to viruses and illness, the govornment has no control over it. All the so-called precautions you've been asked to take, don't solve the problem. You can try to avoid getting sick, but it's going to happen. It's part of being human. As for my day, it's mid afternoon and in a sense, just getting started.
