My elbow pain after falling from bike stops me to do pushup

Two months ago, I fell from bike although it's speed wasn't too high but I got injured my elbow. Since then I am unbale to do push-ups, even tough now I am recovered but still feel pain while doing a few pushups. I am looking for your suggestions that how I can do the exercise as before I was doing?

Your elbow hav'nt recover yet from the incident happen. So while healing avoid engaging activities that involve the strenght of your hands.

You can modify the exercise that is what they do in physiotherapy like leaning against a wall to do a wall push up this way not all of your weight is on your arms

Hello welcome to myLot. Its good to see you here and hope you'll enjoy it here as well. About your question , I think before doing exercises you should consult a doctor first so that they can give you an advice on what type of exercise you can do. Have a doctor to check on your healed injury .
