Why would a White Supremacist kill a philanthothropist? Just because she was involved in helping black folks?

Another California murder story to make me scratch my head today.
I'll say no more.
I admit to being selfish. I hope they don't go after me.
A 29-year-old man has been arrested in the death of philanthropist Jacqueline Avant, who was fatally shot this week at the Beverly Hills home she shared with her husband, legendary music executive Clarence Avant. The Beverly Hills Police Department announc

It is a shame that someone would kill Jacqueline Avant since she was a person who cared for the poor people.

@TheHorse That could be a factor since I have never heard of her before.

It never stops and funny how if we fixed this problem like so many claim, how come so many racist things keep happening let alone racists killing?

@TheHorse I am not forcing anyone to do anything, I just found it funny how many times I get asked or told we fixed racism. No we did not they just hid it for a long time and once racist president became a thing racism is cool again.

@crossbones27 Happily, in my personal life, I don't experience much racism.

Murder doesn't have to make sense. At least that's what I think.

@RubyHawk It can be complicated. When I worked in a certain city, I was the victim of many racist taunts and threats. But I was never actually attacked. I was worried that if I retaliated to a racist attack, I might have been called "racist" myself. I did not want to get involved in that kind of thing.

You need to look for the facts before you make such racist remarks. The suspect is black.
PS Not every white southerner is a white supremacist.

@TheHorse I haven't been following the story. So I don't know. But I am locking my door when I stay in Beverley Hills now. I'm even considering locking the doors in Malibu.

Why are you obsessed with white supremacists? The man arrested for her murder is black. I found nothing that would have implied he was a white supremacist even if he had been white.
Either you're being facetious, you're a bigot, or you're incredibility fast to claim things before you even find the truth.

@TheHorse I'm glad to hear that, but you make a lot of post titles that many take seriously.

@1creekgirl I invite people to do their own research. And to actually read what I write. Some do. Some don't. I'm glad you did. Given that I've devoted most of my life to helping black people, I've always thought that it would be ironic if I were killed by a black person due to racism. That may be what happened in this case. But we don't know yet.

It is a sad reality, this country is so divided. although, in fairness I don't know that it was ever together.
makes me cry honestly.

@DocAndersen I have trouble presenting facts to both my extreme Liberal and extreme Conservative friends and acquaintances. I have even been hung up on. Sigh. My training is in research psychology. We generate hypotheses based on what we've seen, heard and read. Then we TEST those hypotheses by gathering more objective data. Many humans are victims of "confirmation bias."

@TheHorse once facts get involved the two sides can settle down I hope., right now there is so much supposition pretending to be facts its hard to see the forest for the lies.
