Some have too little money and that creates a challenge in caring for one’s needs and can cause undo stress and health challenges which are detrimental.
Some have too much money and if they don’t know how to correctly handle that situation, they also cause much damage to their lives by indulging in activities that are harmful to their welfare.
Some make money the main focus of their lives and in their pursuit of money cause so much harm to mankind and the planet.
What have you observed?

I've made various observations. One of them being that those who have always had money tend not to understand anything of those who haven't always had it.
Money shouldn't be a person's main focus but, sadly, it has to be when you have so little and your time is spent trying to shuffle money around or work out which bills to pay and when. As a person who has basically risen from poverty into an OK financial position, it's a huge relief to know all bills can be paid regularly.
I have friends who are, and always have been, well-off. When the slightest inconvenience happens, they feel sorry for themselves. Example: when people weren't able to go abroad, a friend of mine was really negative about it and complaining about being depressed. I suppose it's what you're used to, but it is frustrating for people like myself to hear such complaining when we see holidays even in my own country as a luxury because it's something we've not always had.

I have noticed that as I have started to make more money throughout my lifetime, I have also learned how to spend more money to match it. So, I am left with the same (small) amount in my bank account because I overspend. Money is super challenging.

I can understand why the concept of Money was created, but as long as it exists we'll always have problems.

Well, some say money is the root of all evil, but one can't survive without it. So, I guess it does come down to how you handle your money as you say. Money alone cannot make you happy, oh it can relieve a lot of burdens, but true happiness comes from within a person. There are some greedy people who spend all their efforts on acquiring as much as they can, but true wealth is family, friends, good health, and an inner peace, something money can't buy.

It seems to me from what I have observed, that the more money a person has, well some people, they want more and more and brag a lot about all the things they have. And are greedy more and more.
