Colhesterol

Today I cooked scallops, and then I ate a lot of them because they are delicious and I really like scallops. but the effect after eating shellfish now makes my cholesterol rise, my head feels like it's going to burst

Scallops have the good kind of cholesterol not the kind that plugs the veins, so it's not supposed to hurt you it's weird. May I ask how did you cook them ?

I love to eat scallops. I really think they are my favorite seafood.

Simply put, no. Eating shellfish does not make your blood cholesterol rise.
Shellfish (including shrimp) is high in dietary cholesterol, but turns out, it may not necessarily affect our cholesterol negatively. Learn why.
