IS ISLAMIC WORLD IS CHANGING? / myLot

Islam is the second biggest religion of world. Saudi Arabia is a most important Nation of Islamic world.Changes they have made are - Many restriction are removed from Female Member. E.g. they can drive the car. -Reduce the sound level of AZAN from mosque.. - No holiday for Friday Prayer. -Restriction on Tablighi Jamat. Do you think that changes have been starting place in Islamic World?

I don't know how most would feel about it. What do you think, what is your take on it? I don't realize these changes, so I don't have an opinion on it.
