Are we witnessing history in the making, is she taking over the Republican Party? It seems as though Congresswoman Liz Cheney is an emerging political superstar with a bright future. She defied the Republican Party by joining the House Committee investigating the riots of January 6, 2021. Now she is an emerging leader in the Republican Party and other Republicans are beginning to support her. The Republican Leader in the Senate, Senator Mitch McConnell is coming around to her point of view. Speaking to Spectrum News, the senate minority leader said he wants to know what the House select committee discovers in their investigation. She is in an extremely visible position in the Republican Party and is rapidly becoming a major leader in the Republican Party. She can potentially continue to gain supporters and allies and become a major national figure capable of running for Vice President or President. Please give us the benefit of your wisdom. What do you believe is in the future for Congresswoman Liz Cheney? We started this discussion right here on this web site. The URL for that discussion is listed below.

She is not popular in her state or anyplace else. And, of course, Mitch McConnell wants to know what the House committee discovers. After all, they have been keeping everything from Republicans from the start. Chaney was appointed to the committee by Pelosi.

Thanks so much for the e-mail. This is the scenario that could propel her to the top. For whatever reason, President Trump does not run in 2024. Now the Republicans are looking for new ideas, new people, and candidates with a wide appeal. They will need candidates who appeal to the general population, not just the Republican loyalists. President Trump got the Republican loyalist in great numbers in 2020 and still lost. They will take a long look at Liz Cheney. Will this propel her to the top? What to you think?

@PeterGagliardi Liz Cheney has already fallen out of favor, and that statistic will remain.
