Want to try to get a refund to the Elton John concert

My Elton John concert is coming up in March of 2022.
Unless the vaccine mandates change I won't be able to attend the concert because I am not vaccinated and not planning on it, especially to attend the concert.
I want to try to get a refund but I have no idea who to contact about that.
I originally bought tickets at Ticketmaster but they no longer sell tickets to this venue.
Seat Geek is the official retailer now.
And I transferred my ticket from Ticketmaster to Seat Geek.
So who do I contact?

Well you could try both Ticketmaster and Seat Geek.
If that does not fly, then perhaps someone may buy them, a friend or someone?
Such nonsense you can't go anyway.
I am sorry.

@RebeccasFarm Something I found in your link is if a refund is offered for an event there will be a Request a Refund button in my account for that order. There is no such button there.

Yeah. I am bummed. I wish the shutdown of everything happened not in March 2020 but after my concert in April 2020.
I don't want to deal with selling my ticket to anyone. I just want a refund. If they will even give me one.

Start with Ticketmaster and ask them. Then Seat Geek. You can also contact the venue...Last on the list is Elton John...just kidding. I hope you get your refund. I so wish I could go!!!

@lovebuglena I don't blame you. He's the one person I would like to see in concert.

I'd contact Ticketmaster. They're the ones who sold the original ticket so are the ones who profited from it's sale.

That is what I am thinking but I already transferred my ticket from them to Seat Geek. That's what's bugging me.

@lovebuglena I'd still try Ticketmaster first and see what happens.

I've never done that before and I don't want to deal with that.

I have no idea but you might be able to sell them to a friend, or on Facebook Marketplace if you feel safe doing that? Personally, I don't do that because I am afraid to meet people in person, even at a police station.

If you sell a ticket (actual paper one) you can just mail it to the person.
