If I was a millionaire I would do this too!

There was a story on TV today, of a guy who was giving out $100 dollar bills on an Indian reservation just in time for Christmas. The people he gave them too were so grateful, and were saying now we will have more to eat for Christmas. Most if not all the people there are below the poverty level. It was a super thing to do, and I was thinking if I ever become a millionaire, I will do that too, not necessarily on a reservation, but any underprivilged area. The true meaning of Christmas...I think.

It is my dream to have extra money to help those who are very poor. I went to give them groceries and a copy of a bible

I find it kind of depends on who you are giving too, but yes it can.

@snowy22315 - Giving to those in need is a satisfaction. Giving to those who need nothing and do not care is wasted time.

I like St. Jude's. That is my favorite human charity..but yeah, the giving I do is usually to animal shelters.

I thought it was really nice. I bet the feeling he got back was worth much more than the money.

Cops stand outside of the grocery stores here handing out money to people every year. We've gotten it a few times ourselves. Even said no thanks we don't need it for them to give it to others instead.

@snowy22315, so true. It's what I feel when give some amount to helpless beggars.
