Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. Today, 22nd December is celebrated every year as "National Mathematics Day".
It was declared by the former Prime Minister of India, Mr. Manmohan Singh in order to mark the 125th anniversary of Srinivasa Ramanujan held at the Madras University Centenary Auditorium on 26th February, 2012.
Ramanujan Sir was a great mathematician of India who did a lot of work and inspired many people along the way.
Personally speaking, I hated maths in school as I was weak in it. Do you guys love math or hate it?? Share your thoughts about it.
Have a great day and take care!!!

I'm not good at Math.
But I don't hate it.
I just wish I'm also really good at it.

I have no problem with basic arithmetic and basic Geometry. Only this much maths should be taught to school children . The rest of maths should be optional , only to college students, engineering etc...
It is real harassment to dump so much of maths on school children. The education authorities need to do something about this. It is unnecessary burden on children.
Only basic arithmetic and basic Geometry is of some use to us in day to day life. The rest is useful only to certain professional like engineers , architects, technicians etc...

Rightly said. I agree but sadly it doesn't work like that in schools
