Anger is not a good emotion and it will hurt others for sure. However, it is inevitable in our life.
One of my friends sends a story on anger. The story goes like this.
A lady had a surprise box, which was kept by her without showing her hubby. One day she decided to open the box on repeated requests of her hubby. There was a doll in the box along with some cash. She explained, she stitched that doll according to the instructions on her mother. Her mother told that whenever she gets angry on her hubby instead of showing the anger, stitch a doll so that you can handle the anger without affecting the relation.
Listening the same her hubby asked, so you got angry on me only once in your life. She said the money along with this doll, I collected on selling the other dolls. It was $ 9 thousand in the box.
Story is good but I don’t know how practicable this in our life.
Some of you may heard this story.

There are people who get angry easily.
There are peple who do not get angry easily.
People who get angry easily are not smart.
They let their emotion ruin their decision making.

Its fine to get angry at times because it means that you are a normal person. I just stay away from the cause of my anger.

I grew up in a household that was often full of hate and anger. But, that didn't make me follow the example. I decided at a very young age to be different. And oh, yes I am. I know people say anger is a healthy emotion, and I know for many that is true. I do get mad once in awhile, but usually it's over someone doing something that hurt someone I love or care about. I can handle when it's dished out to me, but when it's someone else, I get upset. Usually I wait to react--so that I don't overreact and say something I might be sorry for, out of anger. Anger doesn't usually solve anything for me. I wish it did.
