The children are nestled all snug in their beds...

Nope, not by a long shot. Today IS pajama day, though.
The elves, and grinches and all the other fantasy Christmas beings are up and doing well.
I am in my "pajamas". Not something I would ever sleep in, because I would not be able to turn over in bed. I have flannel sheets on the bed, and if I were to wear flannel night clothes I would never be able to move a bit. It is not quite as bad as velcro, but almost.
If inquiring minds want to know, I have had breakfast. . . blueberry coffee cake and bacon. Of course "and coffee" too.
If you do not recognize, my title is from the classic poem "T'was the Night Before Christmas".

I will wear a flannel shirt for a jacket. I usually just wear these pants to lounge around in with a light weight night gown, after I am out of bed.

It was fun. Some unusual things, but fun.

A day that starts with bacon is always good. These were flannel lounge pants with a Christmas T shirt. Good enough to wear to school. I often wear leggins and a T shirt for pajama day.

I wear nighties rather than pjs, and sometimes when I turn over in bed, my nightie doesn't. Other times, the covers get in the act and I feel as if I'm in a cocoon!

I do know that feeling. Mostly I wear light weight nighties when I am actually in bed. The pants are jst for me to wear if I do not want to get dressed and I feel cold.
