Secret Santa

Today my husband and I headed to Pizza hut so he could deliver his gift for the Secret Santa. He normally avoids such fuss, but this being his last year before retirement, he wanted to join in. So, tonight we delivered his gift, did our grocery shopping, and explored and did our anual ride through the neighborhoods to look at the christmas lights people display each year.
We don't know who got George, but he had a stocking that was designed just for him, and it really stood out, too. We brought that home, and I added the candy to my bowl of treats. (George really doesn't eat candy).

Same here. I was kind of surprised, but he wanted to make his (hopefully) last year something special. He was also rewarded with the fact he didn't have to work today.

@kaylachan Our neighbourhood is also very pretty this time of year with all the lightenings and decorations around our apartment complex. It's a visual treat and it would stay till the new year.

Secret Santa stuff is so much fun. I saw a movie on Hallmark the other night about a secret Santa at someone's work, and I thought I would love to do that at my work. But, I work for myself, from home, so I would be buying secret Santa presents for myself "at work." That actually could be fun, LOL!

I don't think that would be so "secret". But, it would be interesting to see what you spoil yourself with.
Yes, it kind of was. A bit easier I think, then when I did it living at the Conklin center.
