We are gathered here today to celebrate the birth of a great man. He was Jewish, born a long time ago and lived only a few short years but his accomplishments have enshrined him in history to such a degree that we will always honor his birthday with massive celebrations.
I'm talking about Rod Serling, of course. And, as usual, the focal point of my humble party is the 98 birthday cakes, each filled with 98 dancing girls who will pop out of them at the appropriate moment.
The reason Brie, my favorite Upstairs Pastry Chef, made 98 cakes is because Rod would have been 97 today, so it's 97 plus one to grow on.

He was a writer. Who did a lot of philosophizing. And he was really good at it.
