I am sitting here thinking of what I am making for dinner tonight since our New Year's Eve trip got canceled due to Covid.
I am making broiled salmon, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and rolls. For dessert, I am thinking of making brownies or scones. Which would you prefer?
And do you have dinner plans for tonight?

@Juliaacv Aw, what a sweet thing to say about your husband. You are fortunate. So is he to have a wife that feels that way.

@Kouponkaren Thank you, I can be a bit corny, but that is honestly how I feel about him.
He is even worse then I am when it comes to that kind of thing.

Brownies I’m not much of a scones person so that’s what I would pick depending on the type. For dinner for us tonight is take out so that way I don’t have to touch everyone’s food.

@Ronrybs I do like easy meals also. Your meal sounds healthy at least. Happy new year!

I have no plans for tonight. I will probably just warm something up on the microwave.
