Lunch for New Year 2022

A Happy New Year to all my Mylot friends. I prepared green pea paloa and veg manchurian for lunch as I don't take non-vegetarian on Saturdays.
Dinner would be very light as the polao is quite heavy in India which we prepare by frying the rice grains and peas in clarified butter and then boil it.
Hope you too enjoyed your day. Here in my city there was curfew after 9pm and it's cold.

I am sure those dishes are delcious! I will make a shrimp scampi for dinner...it should be delicious!

Yes, the dishes are delicious. I too like shrimp but how do you make shrimp scampi.
