Yay, I’m feeling much better today. Still pretty tired which is probably due to the fact I was awake off and on from 3am. I’ve had a few nights of restless legs getting to me I think more with me over thinking about it then it actually bothering me. Soon going to me waking me husband because I need a nap or something and he has been asleep since 3am after taking one of sleeping bills because had trouble getting his brain to turn off for the night. (Bipolar issue being sick has messed with his sleep cycle.) Going to drink one more coffee and then wake him since it’s almost 2pm.

Drinking coffee can keep you awake for most nights. You need to avoid coffee if you want a good night sleep

My husband doesn’t drink coffee. I’d you saw I wrote 2pm I had coffee 2pm is hours and hours away from the time I was going to be going to sleep. So clearly that isn’t what was keeping me wake it was the fact I was sick which was causing my restless legs to hick in. Regular workout out helps with it, also takin my vitamins D also helps with that and the fact that I was congested and my body trying to fight a virus set my body out of sync which can trigger restless legs which is a condition where many people actually have to take pain meds or other medication to keep the symptoms at bay.
