Are you still work from home? or study from home?
Although in my country there are many who work in the office or go to school, but not including me. While studying from home I often lose motivation and enthusiasm, including at this time. In fact, many of my friends in my neighborhood feel the same way.
Can you give tips or share stories about dealing with demotivation's? because I still have to study from home for the next 4 months

I am working from home but I also report to work. Sometimes I feel demotivated but I know that I need to keep going

I used to be that way. Think I couldn't be self-motivated. In fact, it can take a bit for me to get to tasks I need to be doing. What I've found, is breaking down tasks into matter of importance and time. Putting the more important, and most time-consuming on the top and working my way down. If that means shifting less important tasks to a different day, that works, too. Also, be sure to make time for yourself. Make sure to allow for breaks and self-care. Sometimes recharging is all you really need.
