I just became a teenager, and I have a problem with acne. I know it is a natural thing to happen to teenagers but it is very annoying. My face becomes ugly and makes me insecure :) I have tried several face washes but the pimples keep growing. Did you guys have a problem with acne when you were a teenager? how do you deal with acne?

Me too,,,, I have used a lot of skincare, but the pimples keep appearing... Natural tips to reduce acne are: 1. get enough sleep 2. Drink lots of water, eat fruits and vegetables 3. reduce oily food

Too much dairy can cause acne issues. If you're on youtube, look into Dr. Berg. He has some great tips for getting rid of acne.

I was fortunate to never have had acne, and my kids didn't either. But one of my nieces had a terrible time with it. I don't know what remedies you have available for purchase in the country you live in. I do know Proactive was the only thing that worked for my niece. It will go away...eventually. But I do know some people fight it for years. Remember to not touch your face too much, that helps, too.
