Five times around the living room.

I am walking inside the house a bit. If I don´t do it, I´ll end up crawling.
I decided to walk around the living and dining room 5 times in the morning and 5 times in the evening. And I´m sleeping with my legs over 3 big pillows. I hope it helps.
I don´t dare walk alone. If I fall nobody will call the cops or the big man of the circus to pick me up. Last Sunday, at Dixie´s house, she suggested we went to her room to see our serial but Humberto told me that he would pick me up from the low sofa.
I looked at him with pity. He would have to exercise a lot to pick me alone
I suggested the next best and brought one of the dining room chairs. Everyone was happy.

You have that German Shepherd, you sound like you live in a rough area if do not want to walk outside. Falling even dog would go get help. That is what German Shepherd could be used for and does not need to be far. Just food for thought says the German Shepherd. Such neat dogs I dare a fool to try to mess with you.

@marguicha That's sad to hear. Another option is get a buddy and take German Shepherd. Strength in numbers and its a shame people feel unsafe in their own neighborhood, they need to fix that.

I do the walking in the garden. And yes falling is a problem with seniors as once fallen it is not possible to get up without help.

Any exercise at all is better than none. Ten laps in a day is a good start.
