Yes, it snuck in like a thief in the night. The second time this week we start the morning with a snow-covered lens. Then the lens is not snow-covered. but now it is cold enough to keep the snow around. we are, at around 6 inches for the year so far. That is nearly what we had in 2021 for the whole winter. how was the weather in your world?

Most of our snow and ice melted off yesterday. There are still patches of snow under trees but that's it. Our high got clear up to 29F with lots of sun.

At least it didn't dip down into the 20s these last couple nights, that was good. It got up to 68f today, warm enough to dry the jeans on the line.

20 degrees and 2" of snow. We've had about 6" so far this year too. I would think that we're way below normal.

Our snow isn't going anywhere either. Our big 3 inches is still covering my deck and its too cold for the sun to melt it. To make the weekend more fun there's a chance of freezing rain for Sunday morning

I watched the webcam or whatever it's called. All cloudy/snowy/whatever then a beautiful blue sky at the end.

It was snowing here in the middle of summer. Wait for it, I got my hair cut. Dan Ruff, was the barber. Why are people like the weather? You can't change the weather, nor the whether, of someone's pet ideas either.

@DocAndersen Yes, these days, here, that wisdom has been largely lost, as the cheaper ten-dollar cuts, push us out of his chair in ten minutes, after quickly barbering us, with an electric clipper, and a few deft cuts made with some scissors, and here too, they are usually foreigners now, from another country, and so to speak to them, when they are busy chatting to colleagues, in their own language, proves for me a bit hard to do too.
