The comfort zone is the one in which we feel comfortable, we know everything. Situations and places that are familiar to us make us feel calm. "Getting out of the comfort zone" is imposed as an imperative of progress. Do you believe that success is outside the comfort zone?

I also like to go out and talk to people. It is the best thing.

Probably. There is a possibility that we will not work anymore, we will only create new sources of income. Maybe we make passive income so it will benefit us in the future. I also think we are more productive outside of the comfort zone.

To grow as people, we need to be willing to push ourselves beyond what we're comfortable with. It's okay to be afraid, and it's okay to take steps. But, we need to be willing to try, otherwise we'll never change.

Yes. Life gets stagnant living only in a comfort zone. New or different experiences are a must to keep complacency at bay.
The experiences had outside a comfort zone makes the comfort zone expand or it will make your comfort zone even more comfortable.
Some things are best done in your comfort zone.
Like eating BBQ ribs. Best done at home.

I think people need to be outside of the comfort zone for their personal growth and success.

Yes. Success is outside the comfort zone because you face challenges and competition while at the same time you are exposed to many things which makes you successful

Yes because without challenges we will not have such success.
