myLot may not roll in the money, but I do like to mingle with all of you. I am a quiet person. You make me come out of my shell. I like to ask you questions, even when I know I can just google or yahoo it. I like to know your own personal opinions. May I ask you another question? Do I finally get schooling in aromatherapy" Should I work for a direct sales opportunity selling coffee, tea and cocoa? I cannot have both. I just cannot make up my mind. I hope you can make my decision for me! Thank you! photo by Pixabay

I'm a little confused. Are you weighing direct sales in either beverages or aromatherapy? If that's the issue, compare your comissions on an average order and then consider potential sales of each. Know your audience. The comission may be greater on one or the other but potential for larger or more frequent sales may be the most important factor to determine the best choice. Number of people using AT vs. numbers using hot beverages. Clearly, more potential clients will be found offering hot beverages.

Direct sales in coffee, tea and cocoa. As for aromatherapy, I would like to help people's ailments using alternative medicine such as with essential oils.

@Spontaneo Although no certification is required it's likely necessary in order to license and insure a business of AT practitioner. A degree isn't necessary but you'll need an in depth understanding of anatomy and physiology to be effective. Certification requires 200 hours of training. If you already have completed anatomy and physiology courses then a course for certification wouldn't be difficult. There is the cost factor too. Direct sales can be a lucrative career too but doesn't require such an upfront investment of time and money. I guess you should follow your heart.

Choose one and if you feel disappointed, then change your mind.
