If not an infection, then definitely sinus troubles. I've had a headache for a few days, now, the left side of my throat hurts (post-nasal drip?), and the area around the top of my cheekbones hurt. Joy. Well, lots of hot liquid and such for that. My boss said she'd come by Sunday with a home (I forget the exact name of it) test. I appreciated that, as I'm having a terrible time finding a test elsewhere. I keep reading lists of COVID symptoms on-line, and I don't have any of them--aside from a sore throat, which goes along with post-nasal drip/sinus infection. All kinds of fun, this COVID-era ride is...

My step dad used Apple Cider Vinegar to get rid of his sinus infection a few years back. Might be worth a try.

How did he use it, exactly?

@xstitcher I think you're supposed to put a tablespoon in 8 ounces of water and drink it but he went hard core and drank the tablespoon as a shot. Do it 3x a day for a few days.

I find nasal irrigation very effective both for sinus infections and post-nasal drip. I do it twice a day if infected. I get chronic sinusitis and allergic rhinitis often.
