I really like Taco, Chicken, Fruit, and Tuna Salad!!
I like almost any type of salad. And I also like the regular salads like Caesar, Ranch, etc.
Taco salad is great! Its healthy and very delicious. Chicken and Tuna salad rocks also. With big juicy Cherry Tomatoes and croutons. Grilled and Crunchy Chicken is the best!Do you like cottage cheese on your salad? I think that rocks my socks when that goes directly on the top! Mmmm...tasty!

We have a little family owned place up the street from us that makes the best chicken salad I have ever had. I had three of them this week, they are so good. I also love the salad from a Japanese restuarant we go to in Florida called Aragato's because it has delicious ginger dressing on it. And I also really like greek salads with no olives :)

let me give you my fav salad recipe-
HAWAIIAN SALAD
A colourful salad with an orange dressing.
For the orange dressing
1 tablespoon cornflour
3/4 teacup orange juice
1/2 teacup orange squash
a pinch cinnamon powder
For the salad
5 to 6 lettuce leaves
1/2 fresh pineapple, cut into cubes
2 apples, cut into cubes
2 bananas, cut into cubes
1 cucumber, cut into cubes
2 big tomatoes
segments of 2 oranges
1/4 teacup black dates
salt to taste
For the orange dressing
1. Dissolve the cornflour in the orange juice.
2. Add the orange squash and cook for a few minutes till the mixture thickens.
3. Add the cinnamon and chill.
For the salad
1. Keep the lettuce leaves in ice-cold water for 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Cut each tomato into four and discard the soft portion including the seeds.
3. Mix the pineapple, apple, banana, cucumber and tomato pieces, orange segments and dates with the orange dressing and salt. Chill.
4. Serve chilled on a bed of lettuce leaves.

I try my best to stick to a "raw food diet" where everything I eat is raw veggies, sprouts, nuts and fruit in unique combinations.
So I am an "expert" at salads.
One of the most healthful salads is my Kale Salad. High in vitamins and tasty too.
Here is the recipe:
I head of Kale. Be sure the Kale is a nice dark green color, Yellow Kale is old and tough and tastes horrible.
Make sure your hands are well washed and very clean as you are going to be massaging this salad until soft.
Remove the spines from the Kale so you are left with a bowl of smally leafy pieces.
Add a quarter cup of lemon juice or the juice from a small lemon, an 1/8 of a cup of Celtic Sea Salt, a dash of cayenne pepper and about 2-3 tablespoons cold pressed virgin olive oil. Now is time to get your hands in there and start squishing away and massaging the salad. You will see that it condenses fairly quickly until it is about a third of the amount you started with.
You can now add other ingredients to taste. My favorite adds are sundried tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, sliced mushrooms, and red bell peppers.
Enjoy!

(Actually eating a salad right now) Raw veggie salads, with pretty much anything on it. My husband calls them "garbage salads" because I put so many toppings on them. lol

Lettuce with a little tomato, shredded cheese, chopped eggs, bacon bits and salad dressing on top is very good. Pea salad made with frozen peas that have been thawed, but still cold. Add shredded cheese and a sauce made of mayonaise, dillweed, salt and pepper. Mix this up and let it chill for a few hours. Yummy!

Hmm..you make me feel hugry. Yummy yummy. My stomach is starting to be noisy again gee! My favorite is fruit salad. I like buko salas once in awhile but I am not really a fan of it. I like fruit salad more. Fruit salad, macaroni salad and fruit salad. That's my ranking. I wish I could eat one of them soon. No money though.
