There is such a category of books that I am fond of sometimes , these are love fiction novels , many of my friends claim that it is a waste of time , but for me it is a way to relax and relax , I start reading when I want to escape from everything , it is a complete immersion in a new world . How often do you read? and what genre do you prefer?

I use to read romantic novels. Those are fun to read. You do whatever you feel like doing. I now read motivational books, biographies

The favorite genre is scientific, maybe, towards SF! But sometimes something romantic is ... welcome!

Those friends of yours either rudely condescend your interests or are simply jesting. I just hope it was the latter. Think of the other things people do that could be categorized a waste of time and there are a lot. But reading certainly is not. It even benefits beyond relaxing and escaping: development of reading comprehension, increased vocabulary, appreciation of literature, enrichment of relationship values. Among other things. Enjoy reading.

I read a lot of romance novels when I was a teenager but not now. I rarely read books now.
