Finished five books this month so far.
If I continue to read about five books every month I will definitely reach my 55-book goal by the end of the year.
I was looking forward to going to the library Monday to return the books and pick out new ones to borrow.
Then I realized Monday is a national holiday so the library will be closed.
Will try to go on Tuesday.
I hope I will end up taking out at least a few books.
I have some books in mind but not sure if they will be in the library.

That's great! I'm sure you can do it, as long as you don't get bored with reading.

@lovebuglena I understand. Once in a while I'll get one that just doesn't hold my interest. If I can't get "into" in in the first chapter, I'm done with that one.

@DaddyEvil Sometimes I read and dose off. But when that happens I think it's not the book but me.

If the book is interesting I don't get bored easily.

As long as you are reading that's what counts.

@lovebuglena I'm not a steady, fast reader but I go from one book to another one:) Since I've been reading this way, I'm much happier!

@kobesbuddy That's good. My goal is not to read fast. I wanna enjoy reading a book. But sometimes I can read fast, especially if it is a novel in verse or a poetry book.

Yeah. My goal is 55 books by the end of the year.
I just went to the library and took out three more books. One of them is a poetry book. The other two are novels.

@lovebuglena I was about to ask what kind of books you prefer ?
And how you bring the dedication in you ? I mean after sometime you might get bored too right ? How you manage that feeling ?

I hope you find some good books. I also hope that you don't get any of this big s**wstorm. I know you like s**w; but this is ridiculous!

Yesterday, it snowed slightly but quickly turned to rain and it was very windy. Some of the roads were slushy. Yuck.

@Babino Also, if a book is not that long it makes for a faster read.

When a book is a poetry book or a novel in verse it takes less time to read it than it would a novel.

@lovebuglena My eyes are tired of looking at the monitor or online every day. And I prefer to read news via the internet only, or online only.

Wow, five books every month? That is awesome. I know you can reach your 55-book goal by the end of the year. I love to read, but I am unable to find the time to read five books every month. I can only do one or two a month for now, lol. I will say that is inspiring. I'm feeling a little more motivated, lol.

I've never really kept track of how many books I read in a month. Only how many books I read in a year. I hope I can do five books every month. May not happen.
