Today I'm lazy to eat lunch with heavy food. I eat lunch only with instant noodles, which is instant Korean Ramen only.
It tastes pretty good and fills the stomach. So strong to be active again.
Do friends also like to eat instant noodles or instant ramen?

Do you only need to add water or is a microwave needed?

@sinari Oh thank you. I asked because we purchased a Yopokki in cup and it needs microwaving so it was wasted.

@yoalldudes Yes, some may have to use the microwave. You should be able to read how to use it. Usually it is written or listed on the package or the instant noodle package.

This looks good.
Skipped both breakfast and lunch as I'm doing intermittent fasting today.

@Faster16 Wow, that means Indomie is your mother's favorite food. Because your mother feels healthy by eating Indomi. Or feel satisfied.
Indeed, if we can eat something deliciously, then we will feel healthy.
In other words, if we can eat well and sleep well, it means we are healthy.

Oh yes! Just add hot water and wait 3 minutes. Good and filling indeed. (Cheap too.)

Yes, you can immediately buy instant ramen noodles at your local supermarket. If I just soak the noodles in boiling water for about 5 minutes. I didn't boil the noodles in the microwave, because I didn't want the noodles to be too mushy. But if you are not sure about my method, you can boil the noodles in the microwave.
