If Majority Rules, I am No Longer Alive! (but YES I AM Alive, so Majority DOESN'T Rule)

That was my reaction to Sen. Elizabeth Warren's outcry on last night's LATE SHOW with Stephen Colbert ... And yes--maybe it is an overreaction--but she's still 'wrong' (no matter how many well-meaning Talking Heads tell her she's right). But my overreaction DOES rest on basically the same principle as 'my correction.' I would tell her, "No, Senator. We are not under the rule of 'majority,' but under The Rule of Law." After my traumatic brain-injury, the greatest probability was that I would die. I clung to the minority there, and so survived. (You can see how 'my reaction to the Senator' kinda mixes up "probability" and "majority.") 'Everybody (with a voice in the Media, anyway) says' Democracy means 'the bigger crowd is right.' Isn't that "Mob-ocracy"?
