Why do some men like to put their avatar pictures to be some sexy, beautiful lady? Does anyone knows what's the reason behind this reason? Or it will actually help them in getting replies and get more ratings?

I think you've hit the nail on the head. They do it because they know that other men, especially Indian men, will flock to answer the questions of a beautiful woman. It's just another one of those games people have come up with to try and earn the most money for the least work.
