Can’t Sleep

I have 99 problems and can’t come up with a solution for a single one. (Who knows the song reference?). I missed a dentist appointment today after spending 8 hours in the emergency room with my elderly mom last night. I have at least one but more likely two major bills this month that I can’t pay, and I’m not really sure how I’m going to afford to put gas in my car for the next two weeks. I need to get a second job but my mental health has been so unstable that adding to my life right now worries me. Plus, my mother refusing to take care of her health seems to be leading to me having to drop everything with zero notice every couple months. This time it’s because she walked around knowing she had pneumonia but not bothering to see a doctor until it was so bad she had to be taken to the emergency room. I’m starting to think she is purposely landing herself in the ER or urgent care as a messed up way of getting attention. She won’t even call her doctor’s office but has been in the ER twice in two months and in urgent care at least 4 times for lung problems in less than a year. And shows no sign of changing this pattern. Have to admit, I’m not quite sure what to do.
